How to Measure
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, around your belly button. Be honest with yourself – this isn't the time to suck in.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your glutes. Stand naturally.
Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam straight down to the hem. MTB shorts sit higher on your thigh than casual shorts – this measurement determines coverage during climbs and descents.
Pro tip: Wear tight-fitting clothing while measuring for accuracy.
