Who we are: Black Line is a technical mountain bike apparel company. We make gear that works when you need it to.

Using Our Website

What you can do:

• Create an account to track orders
• Leave honest product reviews
• Use our AI mountain bike coach for riding tips
• Contact our support team

What you can’t do:

• Post fake reviews or spam content
• Share your account credentials
• Use our content or images without permission
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems

Product Orders and Sales

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change. The price you pay is what’s shown at checkout.

Payment: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed when your order ships.

Shipping: US-only shipping currently. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We’ll email tracking info when your order ships.

Returns: 30-day return window for unworn items with tags. Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.

Product Warranties

What’s covered:

Technical gear: Jerseys, shorts, and pants have a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Crash damage or snags
• Improper washing or care
• Lifestyle items (t-shirts, hoodies, hats)
• Shipping costs

How warranty works:

Email us photos of the defect and your order confirmation. We’ll repair if possible, replace if not. Manufacturing defects include seam failures, fabric defects affecting performance, and hardware failures under normal use.

User Content and Reviews

Your content: When you post reviews or comments, you grant us permission to use that content in our marketing (with credit to you).

Content standards: Keep it honest and relevant. No spam, hate speech, or content that violates others’ rights.

AI coach interactions: Conversations with our AI coach may be saved to improve the service. Don’t share personal information beyond what’s necessary for riding advice.

Intellectual Property

Our stuff: Black Line’s name, logo, designs, and website content are our intellectual property. Don’t use them without permission.

Your stuff: You own the content you post, but you give us permission to use it as described above.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Mountain biking is risky: Our gear is designed for safety and performance, but mountain biking involves inherent risks. Ride responsibly and within your abilities.

AI coach limitations: Our AI provides general riding tips, not personalized coaching or medical advice. Use your judgment and consult professionals for serious training or injury concerns.

Service availability: We aim for 24/7 website availability but can’t guarantee it. We may need to update or maintain our systems.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product you purchased. We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
