• Items must be returned within 30 days of the date it was shipped.
• The product must be in new condition, unwashed, and with original packaging.
• Exchanges for size/color are the responsibility of the customer and must be done through the returns process.
• Only items purchased through our webstore can be returned directly to Black Line.
• Once an item is received and a return is approved, a refund will be issued.
• We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $200 in the United States. Discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
• We offer economy and expedited shipping options. All free shipping will be sent economy, and you have the option of upgrading to expedited for the difference in cost.
• We will try to get your order processed as soon as possible, but in most cases, it will take up to 72 hours, except for long weekends and holidays. Long weekends can take up to 96 hours. Customers will be notified well ahead of holidays on when it is optimal to have your orders in by.
• Orders are confirmed by email receipt and shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
