Shipping and Returns

• Exchanges for size/color are the customer’s responsibility and must be done through the returns process.

• Once an item is received and a return is approved, a refund will be issued.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $200 in the United States (discount applied at checkout).
• Economy and expedited shipping options available. Free shipping is sent economy by default.

Warranty

At Black Line, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we make. Our gear is crafted to meet the highest standards, but if any manufacturing defects arise during the expected lifespan of your item, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty to original purchasers with valid proof of purchase. Should a defect occur, we will either coordinate repairs through a local facility when feasible or provide a replacement if the item cannot be repaired.
